AIMsymposium
Jacob Cynamon has been the Chairman of the AIMsymposium for over 30 years. The meeting content has always been excellent, and the reviews have been outstanding. We have decided that beginning with this year's meeting, the AIMsymposium will be incorporated to be an integral part of the VEITHsymposium. As such, Jacob has been appointed as an Associate Program Director of the VEITHsymposium.
The agenda for this year is available on the VEITHsymposium website. You will notice that there are many sessions that are of substantial interest to both the Interventional Radiology and the Vascular Surgery community. Pulmonary Embolism, Dialysis management, Venous Intervention, PVD, Aneurysms, and Neurointervention, to name a few. Next year, we will consider adding sessions on Portal Hypertension, Embolization, and Oncology Management.
We ask the IR community to join the premier vascular meeting where thousands of vascular specialists and industry partners will be gathering this November and exhibiting ground breaking devices and techniques that have and will continue to advance our specialties over the foreseeable future.
The VEITHsymposium is accepting abstracts for an Associate Faculty Program to be presented by young faculty and trainees. Please feel free to submit IR-related topics to be considered for this year's meeting (see https://www.veithsymposium.org/index.php?pg=abstract-sessions-2024). In addition, beginning December 2024, we will be accepting for consideration, new and exciting topics from faculty for the IR component of the 2025 VEITHsymposium. Please submit any new and interesting work to veithtopics@veithsymposium.org for consideration.
We hope to see you this November at the New York Hilton Midtown where Vascular Surgery, Interventional Cardiology, and Interventional Radiology will join to connect and advance our respective fields.
